RoboIQ processes workspace documents, prompts, retrieval artifacts, and account data to deliver source-backed advisory answers. It does not control robots, PLCs, or safety systems.
Data we collect
Account identity, workspace membership, uploaded manuals/logs/SOPs, chat and citation artifacts, usage counters, payment references (not full card numbers), and security audit logs.
Your rights
Access, export, and deletion via product data APIs and Settings (owner/admin). Contact privacy@bacenik.com.
